Operating principle :
The products to be packaged are placed manually or automatically in the trays of the infeed conveyor. This conveyor transports the products step by step in front of the feeder.
At the same time, the cartons are picked one by one from a large capacity magazine by means of a positive opening dispenser with suction cups and counter suction cups.
The opened cartons are deposited between the cleats of an intermittently advancing conveyor chain which transports them to the filling area.
A pusher ensures the filling of the cases. The case is then automatically closed by hot-melt gluing.
